My passion for yoga began many moons ago 🌙. Then, in 2022 I was fortunate enough to complete my YTT in Bali with the help of inspiring teachers and yoga experts.

Specialising in Kids Yoga, I teach with an open heart and creatively design vibrant and fun classes for all ages.

 

Using storytelling, music, mindful movement, games and more, children are guided through beautiful flows using all the yoga essentials.

 

It's a wonderful way to nurture kids growth in a non-competitive environment and help the adults (or big kids) reconnect with themselves and cope with the stresses in day-to-day life.
